Vice President of the Union of BC Indian Chiefs tells NDP candidate Jane Shin of his experience working with DFO & the impacts farms have had on his territory.’

Bob Chamberlain is the elected Chief Councilor of the Kwicksutaineuk Ah-kwa-mish FN, which has many unwelcomed farms in their territory.  In this discussion Bob talks about why the NDP policy of “working with DFO” translates to more trouble for wild salmon.

"You cannot pretend to do something for wild salmon. You're either on the bus or you're off the bus. And when it comes to aquaculture, you're either supporting an industry at the expense of wild salmon or you're supporting wild salmon"
